Didnt SE publish Star Ocean 3, I know that Tri-Ace is an Enix company.

Yeah, they certainly did. And they reduced the waiting time from 6 months to 3 for europe, throwing in an exclusive bonus DVD along the way. This isnt the first Enix title to make it here though; we also got Star Ocean 2, but since so few copies of it were dispatched to retailers not many people realized.
I still agonize over the fact they handed over the publishing rights for FFX-2 to Electronic Arts; if they had handed it to Sony or Ubisoft we would have received some of the International features (garment grids, dresspheres, and monster creator), and no glitches. EA took the easy route, but then, i didnt expect any more from a company like that.

Lol videogame companies. Reminds me of Suikoden 3 and people going crazy to get the game. Must be one of the few cases in history where customers desperately want to buy and companies are too stupid to sell, even though they don't have production problems (producing any DVD is done by third companies and cheap for all quantities, cheapest for higher quantities).
